Spiritual Direction

Therapeutic Spiritual Direction is a safe and sacred space to honestly explore and process your personal and spiritual life with a emotion-focused and trauma-informed psychologically and spiritually trained listener, while learning to take notice and engage with the presence and movement of Divine Love in and around you.

It is a place to heal and grow, question and doubt, wonder and wander through the hard, holy, and joyous journey of your life and relationship with the Divine.

As your Spiritual Director, my desire is to journey with you, not telling you who or how to be, but by being fully present to you, as I compassionately and empathetically hold you and your story with love in the presence of God.

Why Spiritual Direction?

Whether you are seeking a deeper connection with yourself and the Divine, feel  spiritually stuck, are reevaluating your beliefs, facing pivotal decisions, or needing a safe space to process and voice your thoughts and feelings, you're not alone.

Let's journey together towards personal clarity and spiritual growth.

Goal

The goal is to heal and grow by feeling safe to honestly process and understand the details and history of your own story in connection with the presence and movement of Divine Love in and around you.

What to Expect

During our One-on-One, 50 minute session, I intentionally utilize your language and lens of the Divine, while offering a combination of intentional and prayerful listening, thoughtful and tentative questions, and gentle reflection of what I am hearing and discerning from you and God.

Sessions May Include

With permission from you- embodied and somatic engagement, a meditative practice, an illuminating spiritual discipline, an opening and closing prayer, a contemplative reading, silence, and more.

  • Within each of us is a divine treasure, and if we hope to discover it, we need to go deep into the heart of who we are.

Looking forward to journeying with you
