Hi, I’m Bridget!
I am a perpetual wonderer and lover of people. I am constantly seeking the deeper things of life and am fascinated by and interested in who people are and the formative narratives of their lives.
As a Certified Spiritual Director, Spiritual Theologian, and experienced Ministry Leader, my heart’s desire is to provide a sacred and loving space of wonder for all to feel fully welcome, known, and divinely held, as they learn to listen and investigate the stories of their life and take notice of God’s loving presence within them and around them.

A little more about me:

Although I was initially formed and educated in a particular stream of Christianity, my personal theology and experience of God has grown to be more expansive, inclusive, affirming and rooted in the liberative and loving ways of Jesus. My hope is to provide a welcoming and loving space for a variety of backgrounds, traditions and streams of faith.

My approach is centered around a Theology of Double Knowledge, “To know God is to know yourself, to know yourself is to know God”.
As your Spiritual Director, I maintain a non-anxious posture of being with you and God, decentering myself, and focusing on your journey of healing and growing into a deeper knowing of yourself and God.
To ensure a safe and ethical space I regularly meet with a Certified Spiritual Direction Supervisor for accountability and continued personal and spiritual growth, while adhering to the SDI’s Guidelines for Ethical Conduct.

I am a Certified Spiritual Director and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care through The Institute for Spiritual Formation.
